Megan is a fitness and health promotion professional and holistic wellness coach who teaches others to break free from limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours, empowering them to develop lifestyle habits that bring them health, happiness, and wealth in all areas of their lives. What started as a love for sports in her childhood years, turned into a love for all things fitness, holistic health, and healing as she grew up. 

Now she dedicates her time and energy into blending eastern medicine with western wellness and sharing her knowledge and experience with others to inspire them to live their best and most beautiful life. From firefighting to sound healing, bodybuilding to ho’oponopono, meditation to EFT tapping and everything in between.

Ramond Phipps

Hey there! I’m Ramond Phipps, your breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for helping people find their calm, reconnect with themselves, and embrace personal growth. My approach to breathwork blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques to create powerful, transformative experiences for anyone looking to bring more mindfulness into their life.

With a solid background in Mental Health & Addictions Counseling, Crisis Intervention, and Mindfulness & Healthcare Program Development, I’ve spent over 1,000 hours leading live group sessions for communities that range from veterans and first responders to trauma survivors and recovery groups. My sessions aren’t just about breathing—they’re about creating a space where you can truly let go, process emotions, and step into resilience and self-awareness.

I believe breathwork should be more than just serious—it should be playful, thought-provoking, and social. That’s why my sessions are designed to feel safe, supportive, and even a little fun, helping you connect to the transformative power of intentional breathing.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned breather, sessions with me will open your lungs, mind, and heart in ways you never imagined. Our time together is crafted to offer something for everyone, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way on your journey to relaxation, healing, and growth.

Wenlin Tan

Wenlin Tan is a mindfulness, productivity and well-being coach from Singapore with more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of mindfulness, creativity, psychology, and wellness. Wenlin is passionate about supporting you to overcome overwhelm, find focus and flow through tools like breathwork and moving meditation. Wenlin loves freshly brewed coffee, crispy croissants and lives in Turin, Italy with her husband and their dog, Didi.

Erin Wilson

Erin is a wellness professional with over 17 years of experience. She has worked with some of Florida’s most innovative health programs, including public universities, state-of-the-art hospitals, private facilities, and non-profit organizations.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Central Florida. She is a certified corrective exercise specialist, nutrition and wellness coach, and registered yoga teacher (RYT), teaching yoga and breathing practices since 2010.

Erin founded Breathe Well Coaching with the goal of helping her clients achieve optimal well-being by reducing stress in all areas of their lives. It is her life’s mission and passion.

Kiera Cavanagh

After years of living with an autoimmune condition and feeling stuck in a rut in life, Kiera embarked on a journey of self discovery and this is where she discovered the power of breathwork meditation.

This practice not only helped change her mindset drastically it also helped reduce the inflammation throughout her body allowing her to live her life symptom and medication free.

Knowing that she had to share this magic with others Kiera trained to be an instructor and now facilitates sessions for others to feel the benefits that this incredible practice can offer to their lives.

Kiera is a qualified SOMA Breath Instructor and uses the power of breath and movement alongside powerful binaural and trypnaural music and guided meditation to help promote immense healing both in the body and the mind.

Patricia Spak

Patricia is a 230 hour certified yoga, breathwork, and meditation instructor based out of San Diego, CA. Patricia began her personal journey with breathwork, meditation, and yoga back in 2015 in CT. 

She initially explored ice baths and breathwork in Wim Hof advanced workshops and Advaita meditation, known as the “self-inquiry” method via retreats. She quickly discovered the profound effects on breathwork + meditation to her nervous system and began studying further in San Diego, CA. Patricia became a certified instructor in yoga and yoga philosophy with a focus on breathwork and meditation guidance. She now teaches all over San Diego, threading breathwork and self-inquiry meditation throughout her yin, hatha, and vinyasa classes.

Julia Samuelsson

My name is Julia and I support people across the world to expand your human potential. My intention is to offer a space where you can relax into nourishment of your body through sound, voice, movement and breath. My offerings focus primarily on enhancing the connection to your own intuitive wisdom and inner healer through balancing your nervous system and grounding into the essence of your own truth and who you are beyond our thinking mind. My teachings come from the lineage of vinyasa, yin, bhakti, tantra and hatha yoga as well as I offer both private and open classes in Rebirthing Breathwork, Wild Love breathwork combined with Sound healing and voice activation. I truly believe, it is your birthright to feel worthy to feel present in all of your creation, to truly radiate divine love to all of your dark shadows and enhance greater connection to our own self love. Susie Lenovitz, a resident of Chicago, is not just a breathwork coach and yoga teacher; she is a dedicated practitioner who honed her skills during a transformative three-year journey through Thailand. During this time, she immersed herself in the profound teachings of breathwork, meditation, martial arts, and yoga. Through her dedicated studies, she not only acquired the wisdom to lead her students effectively but also found the means to lead a more mindful, present life. This profound journey began with her own struggle with mental health, inspiring her to explore diverse modalities, with breathwork becoming a pivotal element in her path to healing and self-discovery.

Sarah Bellini

I am a passionate breath work coach, with experience teaching at some of Los Angeles best wellness studios. Driven by a profound dedication to personal growth and transformation, my focus lies in harnessing the power of breath for healing and inner development. Currently, I am expanding my expertise through specialized training in breath-based therapies, aiming to provide comprehensive support on every individual’s wellness path. With a lifelong background in dance, I discovered Breath work and Yoga as a transformative practice that brings healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. In each session I teach, my intention is to create a welcoming space where you can go inward, find strength, and leave with a full heart and a renewed sense of empowerment. Mackenzie Belcastro

Mackenzie Belcastro is a coach, breathwork teacher, reiki practitioner and podcast host. Her work is inspired by her healing journey, which led her into deep connection with herself. She hopes to help others rekindle their relationship with their own selves, so they may lead their richest, most purposeful lives.

Nadine Brandl

The 2x Olympic athlete in synchronized swimming has dedicated her life to understand and teach the power of mind and movement. The Austrian moved to Las Vegas in 2016 joining the cities best acrobatic show “Le Reve – The Dream” as a performer, where she first got in touch with yoga. Now a registered 500-hour certified teacher with yoga alliance, the former Cirque Du Soleil performer teaches through yoga and breathwork what she has learned as an Olympic athlete. Since 2021 Nadine is regularly hosting the show “Yoga Magazin” on the national Austrian broadcast TV channel ORF Sport+.

Sedona Holzinger

Hello there! I’m Sedona, your companion on a transformative journey through breathwork and yoga. My own path into these practices began three years ago when I discovered their incredible power to heal and uplift. As both a dedicated practitioner and a certified yoga teacher, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound transformation that breathwork and yoga can bring. They’ve not only helped me conquer anxiety and depression but have also become my daily sources of vitality and balance. Flora Loder

Hello Everyone! 

I am Flora, a Breath-work and Yoga instructor from the UK. I have been guiding breath-work for the last 3 years, however I have been an avid practitioner of breath-work for just under a decade. I emphasize a holistic approach to my breath-work sessions – connecting the mind, body and breath. I combine breath-work techniques with yogic philosophy, mindfulness and a variety of ancient eastern techniques such as mediation, Qi gong and pranayama. 

My main aim as a breathwork guide is to impart the incredible healing and, quite honestly, life changing impact that breathwork has had on my life.

After 6 years of trainings in Yoga and and 3 years in Pranayama, the breath is my go to practice. It is my safe space that I retreat to in moments of sadness, anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation, low energy or when the outside world feels just too much. I now swear by the power of the breath; I truly believe it is one of the most effective tools that we all have at our disposal to create a wonderful and stable connection between your body and your mind and foster a balanced and healthy internal environment. This is truly what I have found throughout my journey with and commitment to breath-work, and I’m so excited to share it with you!
